• Responsible for development, planning and implementation of sales initiatives
• Increase core volume and margins for assigned customers in the U.S. and Canada by developing and implementing strategies and sales plans
• Lead strategy for global customers headquartered in the U.S. or Canada
• Manage collaboration with global colleagues for interregional relationships
• Meet customers' needs by understanding their application and industry
• Develop a robust pipeline of potential customers and decision makers
• Manage prospective customers in the NA region, screening sample and technology requests
• Contribute to commercial excellence initiatives with accurate sales forecasts and value-based pricing
