About the role
- Define, manage, and evaluate business planning to ensure operational execution against defined strategic objectives
- Lead and partner with cross-functional teams to develop business planning and support data-driven models
- Prepare comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans and resource allocation plans
- Set business metrics (KPIs), evaluate actual performance, and make recommendations to business leaders
- Develop data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure financial value from business planning
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in an Operational / Business / Finance Analyst role or similar, preferably in a large competitive multinational
- Strong business mindset
- Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
- Extensive knowledge of research methodology for key business topics
- Ability to leverage new analytical techniques
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and advanced Excel
- Power BI / Automation skills, Salesforce.com and Anaplan experience would be an advantage
- Fluent in English; additional languages from EMEA region an advantage
- Strong project management skills, and relationship management skills
- Developed leadership skills, including team building and conflict resolution
