Solutions Engineer

• Provide design and delivery expertise for cloud-based insurance solutions
• Work directly with clients to assess needs and advise on solution architectures
• Design tailored solutions aligned with product and enterprise roadmaps
• Emphasise solutions leveraging AWS and/or GCP, including open-source, PaaS and SaaS components
• Engage with Product Managers to ensure alignment between client needs and solution design
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to oversee architecture approach during deployment
• Explore creative alternatives and identify the most effective solutions
• Ensure solutions are implemented according to client expectations and company standards
• Assist in identifying, specifying and selecting off-the-shelf components to meet client needs
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to improve solutions continuously

• Manage and maintain financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
• Work closely with team members to make sure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
• Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
• Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
