About the role
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and events
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
- Provide general HR support as needed
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Keen attention to detail
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Must be based in the Philippines
