About the role
- Manage the full recruiting cycle for roles across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A
- Partner with hiring managers to craft clear job descriptions and effective interview processes
- Maintain data accuracy in our ATS
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departures
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and events
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruiting, People Operations, or a related HR field (in-house or agency)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Interest in startups, growth environments, and building People processes from the ground up
