About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to data integration and migration
- Assess existing integration points and work with the partners using the tools to optimize them
- Identify opportunities and assess requests for additional integrations, collaborating with the Data Operations and Project Management teams
- Convene the team of stakeholders to negotiate and then execute the best outcomes
- Support database conversion and migration projects by serving as the Data Mapping lead
- Maintain the Covenant House library of import templates within the CRM
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience building and maintaining API connections
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in non-profit technology stacks housing donor and donation data
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mapping and loading data within database conversion projects
- Proficiency in data investigation, data integrity practices, and data quality control
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated skill at managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Prior experience working with CRMs and project management tools, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated comfort with a rapidly changing environment
