About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to data integration and migration
  • Assess existing integration points and work with the partners using the tools to optimize them
  • Identify opportunities and assess requests for additional integrations, collaborating with the Data Operations and Project Management teams
  • Convene the team of stakeholders to negotiate and then execute the best outcomes
  • Support database conversion and migration projects by serving as the Data Mapping lead
  • Maintain the Covenant House library of import templates within the CRM

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience building and maintaining API connections
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in non-profit technology stacks housing donor and donation data
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mapping and loading data within database conversion projects
  • Proficiency in data investigation, data integrity practices, and data quality control
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated skill at managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Prior experience working with CRMs and project management tools, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated comfort with a rapidly changing environment
