• Support the company's growth: Preparing and evolving our processes and codebase to accommodate increased traffic and clients.
• Enhance Services: Improve existing backend and frontend services by writing maintainable code, refactoring as needed, and implementing new features to meet evolving business needs.
• Facilitate Full-Stack Development: Contribute across the stack, working on both backend and frontend components to deliver product features end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Product Management: Work with the product management team to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure efficient development processes.
• Contribute to Development and Best Practices: Participate in code reviews, learn from feedback, follow agreed-upon standards, and help maintain high-quality code, testing, and deployment.
