About the role

  • Own GTM strategy end-to-end for product launches, feature rollouts, and category expansions
  • Define value propositions, positioning and messaging that resonate with collectors across multiple verticals (TCG, Comics, new categories)
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate roadmaps into clear, executable marketing plans that accelerate time-to-market
  • Lead cross-functional launch planning, ensuring tight alignment across Growth, Creative, CRM, Partnerships and Data
  • Drive competitive intelligence and market analysis, surfacing insights that inform positioning, prioritization and strategy
  • Develop launch briefs, messaging frameworks and enablement materials used across channels and teams
  • Monitor performance post-launch, analyze results, and iterate based on data and customer behavior
  • Prepare and present GTM plans, learnings and performance updates to senior stakeholders
  • Proactively manage timelines, risks and dependencies, anticipating challenges and driving solutions before they become blockers
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication to keep teams aligned throughout the lifecycle of each initiative

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within consumer apps, marketplaces, gaming or adjacent high-velocity products
  • Proven track record launching products and programs that drive real business outcomes (adoption, revenue, GMV, retention, not just awareness)
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with operational excellence, you can zoom out and execute flawlessly
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics to shape narratives, decisions and priorities
  • Move with high urgency and purpose, self starter and do not need much to get started
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of TCG, Sport, Popular Culture
