About the role

  • Asset Review Workflow Management: Serve as the central point of contact for all creative assets requiring legal and brand review, managing the submission, tracking, and final approval process between the agency creative/production teams and the client legal/regulatory teams.
  • Compliance and Claims Review: Conduct an initial, meticulous review of all creative assets (spanning digital campaigns, SEO content, e-commerce product copy, and more) to flag brand claims, legal risks, and ensure adherence to established brand guidelines and specific client legal feedback.
  • Feedback Integration & Communication: Translate complex legal and regulatory feedback into clear, actionable, and prioritized revisions for the creative teams (copywriters and designers).
  • Documentation & Auditing: Maintain a rigorous system for tracking all asset versions, legal sign-offs, claims documentation, licenses and revision histories for compliance auditing purposes.
  • Quality Assurance: Partner with creative and production teams to ensure all final assets are accurate, proofed, error-free, and incorporate all approved legal revisions prior to launch.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to the internal asset review and approval process to increase speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director, Copy, Project Managers, and Account Leads to keep projects moving smoothly through the review pipeline.
  • Quarterly & New Employee LMR Onboarding: Responsible for coordinating with the client each quarterly team LMR (Legal, Medical, and Regulatory) refresh as well as onboarding new hires.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in an agency, in-house marketing team, or a highly regulated industry (exp. healthcare, finance, or pharmaceutical) in a role focused on asset review, compliance, or quality assurance.
  • Demonstrated understanding of brand claims, compliance, and the legal review process for marketing materials (experience in pharma or pet health is a strong plus).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and complex legal language across various content formats.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing a high volume of assets and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate legal and compliance requirements to non-legal creative teams.
  • Proficiency in workflow management and project management tools. Use of Clickup software, for workflow management, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
