About the role
- Partner with district and school clients for onboarding and ongoing technical assistance
- Serve as a tech support partner to Coursemojo teams
- Develop and manage project workplans
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles
- Own coordination with district IT teams
- Conduct systematic QA/QC of learning activities
- Run prompt experiments initiated by senior leadership
- Build and maintain dashboards surfacing CX metrics
- Proactively identify opportunities in data
- Participate in special projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2–5 years of post-collegiate experience in operations, project management, technical customer support, data analytics, or a related analytical function
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Process-oriented mindset
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Strong data acumen
- Technical proficiency and ability to master new software quickly
- Hands-on work experience with LLMs
- Working knowledge of Tableau or similar BI tools
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA
- Eager to learn to innovate with AI
