About the role

  • Partner with district and school clients for onboarding and ongoing technical assistance
  • Serve as a tech support partner to Coursemojo teams
  • Develop and manage project workplans
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles
  • Own coordination with district IT teams
  • Conduct systematic QA/QC of learning activities
  • Run prompt experiments initiated by senior leadership
  • Build and maintain dashboards surfacing CX metrics
  • Proactively identify opportunities in data
  • Participate in special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 2–5 years of post-collegiate experience in operations, project management, technical customer support, data analytics, or a related analytical function
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Process-oriented mindset
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Strong data acumen
  • Technical proficiency and ability to master new software quickly
  • Hands-on work experience with LLMs
  • Working knowledge of Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA
  • Eager to learn to innovate with AI
