Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design EDI workflows, and implement integration solutions.
Serve as clients' primary technical point of contact during the implementation phase.
Provide expert guidance to clients on EDI best practices, customization options, and integration strategies.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex EDI-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop comprehensive documentation to support implementations, including specifications, process flows, and user guides.
Perform rigorous testing of EDI implementations to validate data integrity, system compatibility, and adherence to standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in EDI implementation and integration.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Strong understanding of database systems (SQL, Oracle) and data transformation techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Relevant certifications in EDI technologies (such as Certified EDI Professional) will be a plus.
