Business Analyst

• Analyze and document business processes reliant on EDI workflows; identify opportunities for automation and enhancement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for EDI integrations utilizing Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (order management, finance, logistics, customer service) to ensure that integrated process flows align with operational goals.
• Lead business process mapping and gap analysis to ensure internal systems meet external partner requirements.
• Act as the business process expert in integration projects involving ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Ensure data integrity and compliance between Cleo-integrated systems and core business applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve EDI processes to minimize errors, delays, and manual interventions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business workflows, EDI mappings, partner specifications, and exception handling procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to assess the impact of requirement changes on operational workflows and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Full-stack Engineer

• Design and develop full-stack components which are part of Cleo’s overall code base; Typescript, Angular, Node.js, SQL, and AWS.
• Ability to explain complex technical and functional concepts effectively
• Be a trusted expert and advisor within the product development and management team and any other relevant department
• Makes collaborative decisions related to design approaches and development patterns
• Successful troubleshooting and bug resolution and help restore services
• Shows an understanding of object-oriented concepts, software design principles, and a full software development lifecycle
• Contribute as a member of an agile squad, leaning towards the software craftsmanship approach
• Author's clear, concise, and thorough specifications
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, test suites, and general DevOps
• Contribute training material and training of internal users
• Reports progress and risks to team members and stakeholders

Senior Software Engineer

Sales Development Rep

• Work in parallel with assigned Account Executive to identify and prospect in-market net new accounts
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound campaign activities including cold-calling, email, and social selling
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive necessary content creation and any other collateral that will assist in breaking through list of targeted accounts
• Continuously improve knowledge of products, industry trends, and sales techniques to enhance sales development skills
• Thoroughly qualify prospects to ensure there is a good fit between Cleo and prospective accounts
• Inspire prospects and create a sense of urgency through clear articulation of Cleo’s value proposition and pain based selling
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly opportunity targets
• Attains monthly outbound activity expectations for dials, emails, and total touches against targeted accounts
