About the role

  • Lead regional enrollment strategy across campuses and business lines to achieve and exceed start and revenue targets
  • Establish standardized enrollment goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks in partnership with campus leadership
  • Monitor and evaluate admissions performance across campuses, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Provide strategic guidance and performance coaching to campus DOAs to improve conversion, yield, and overall enrollment outcomes
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Serve as the primary admissions thought partner to campus leadership teams, influencing enrollment strategy and execution
  • Provide dotted-line leadership to campus DOAs, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards, priorities, and best practices
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and student-centered service across decentralized admissions teams
  • Lead regular performance reviews, business reviews, and strategy sessions with campus leaders and DOAs
  • Develop, implement, and scale standardized admissions processes, tools, and best practices across campuses
  • Identify and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and the prospective student experience
  • Partner with Marketing, Academics, and Operations to align lead flow, program offerings, and enrollment strategies
  • Optimize use of CRM systems (e.g., CampusNexus) and reporting tools to improve pipeline visibility and management
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on admissions-related regulatory, accreditation, and compliance requirements
  • Ensure consistent adherence to Admissions Policies & Procedures across all campuses
  • Lead and oversee audits, reviews, and monitoring activities to maintain compliance with institutional, programmatic, and federal regulations (e.g., consumer disclosures, FAA where applicable)
  • Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to proactively mitigate risk and ensure audit readiness
  • Design and implement standardized onboarding, training, and development programs for admissions teams
  • Identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching and development resources to campus DOAs and teams
  • Support leadership development within admissions to build bench strength and succession pipelines
  • Promote a positive, ethical, and high-performance culture aligned with institutional values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in admissions or enrollment management, including experience as a Campus Director of Admissions, with a demonstrated track record of driving enrollment performance
  • Proven ability to lead and influence outcomes in a matrixed, multi-campus environment without direct reporting authority
  • Strong knowledge of higher education admissions practices, including regulatory, accreditation, and compliance requirements (e.g., institutional accreditation, programmatic standards, consumer disclosures)
  • Demonstrated success using data and analytics to drive enrollment strategy, improve conversion rates, and optimize performance
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop talent, align teams, and foster a high-performance, student-centered culture
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills and the ability to scale processes across diverse campuses and business lines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence campus leadership and executive teams
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical enrollment practices
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint); experience with CRM systems (e.g., CampusNexus) strongly preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel regionally, including overnight travel, and to support evening or weekend operations as needed.
