Responsible for accurate documentation, tracking, and reporting of daily meal service operations.
Ensure timely data entry, compliance with reporting standards, and effective communication with internal teams.
Maintain up-to-date records related to meal counts, water distribution, chain of custody logs, and photographic documentation across digital platforms.
Collect and report daily meal service data, including total meals served and water distributed.
Upload and organize meal service photos using correct file naming conventions in SharePoint and Teams.
Complete and submit daily reports such as PMRs (Post Meal Reports) and Liquid Count Trackers.
Maintain and update spreadsheets for Chain of Custody logs (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Waterlogs, and Delivery Trackers.
Scan and archive physical documents into digital storage systems (SharePoint, Teams).
Communicate with designated group chats to share photos and updates and follow up with the meal service team for meal counts, dietary requirements, and documentation when necessary.
Ensure all delivered meals are accounted for with proper signatures in compliance with chain of custody requirements.
Take photos throughout the day for documentation and inclusion in reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all reporting deadlines are met and data is accurate.
Requirements
1–3 years in administrative support, operations, logistics, or food service coordination.
Experience managing digital documentation and reporting systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
Background in data entry, recordkeeping, or compliance-driven roles.
Strong data entry and reporting accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams).
File management (digital and paper-based).
Time management and the ability to prioritize multiple reporting streams.
