About the role

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and leadership corporate roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with executives and senior leaders to define role scope, assessment plans, and align hiring with business objectives.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines and passive candidate pools using inclusive sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct market mapping and research to identify and benchmark leadership talent in the disaster recovery and restoration industries.
  • Serve as lead for professional openings and backup recruiter for general labor roles to ensure seamless staffing.
  • Guide interview panels and provide training and coaching to hiring managers and junior recruiters on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation.
  • Partner with marketing and HR to develop employer branding and maintain candidate engagement across platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
  • Track and report on talent acquisition metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) and continuously improve hiring processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on leadership, professional roles, and general labor recruitment.
  • Experience in the disaster recovery, restoration, or emergency response industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with executives and senior leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
  • Strong experience in diversity recruiting and inclusive sourcing methods.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for candidate experience.
