Collaborate with executives and senior leaders to define role scope, assessment plans, and align hiring with business objectives.
Build and manage talent pipelines and passive candidate pools using inclusive sourcing strategies.
Conduct market mapping and research to identify and benchmark leadership talent in the disaster recovery and restoration industries.
Serve as lead for professional openings and backup recruiter for general labor roles to ensure seamless staffing.
Guide interview panels and provide training and coaching to hiring managers and junior recruiters on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation.
Partner with marketing and HR to develop employer branding and maintain candidate engagement across platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
Track and report on talent acquisition metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) and continuously improve hiring processes.
Requirements
10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on leadership, professional roles, and general labor recruitment.
Experience in the disaster recovery, restoration, or emergency response industry preferred.
Demonstrated success in partnering with executives and senior leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
Strong experience in diversity recruiting and inclusive sourcing methods.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for candidate experience.
