About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and leadership corporate roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with executives and senior leaders to define role scope, assessment plans, and align hiring with business objectives.
- Build and manage talent pipelines and passive candidate pools using inclusive sourcing strategies.
- Conduct market mapping and research to identify and benchmark leadership talent in the disaster recovery and restoration industries.
- Serve as lead for professional openings and backup recruiter for general labor roles to ensure seamless staffing.
- Guide interview panels and provide training and coaching to hiring managers and junior recruiters on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation.
- Partner with marketing and HR to develop employer branding and maintain candidate engagement across platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
- Track and report on talent acquisition metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) and continuously improve hiring processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on leadership, professional roles, and general labor recruitment.
- Experience in the disaster recovery, restoration, or emergency response industry preferred.
- Demonstrated success in partnering with executives and senior leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
- Strong experience in diversity recruiting and inclusive sourcing methods.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for candidate experience.
