About the role

  • Conduct basic cleaning steps for fire, water and mold (wipe down, pack, inventory control, removing debris, wrap goods, load and unload vehicle)
  • Meet deadlines by maintaining/exceeding productivity
  • Assist PM or APM in the training of agency general labor while on projects
  • Lead a crew by explaining job tasks and working side by side with crew
  • Communicate effectively with employees to promote a positive environment
  • Abide by all safety and company policies and report to work on time when scheduled
  • Use required personal protection equipment and report violations to Superintendent
  • Report accidents and unsafe environment or behavior immediately to supervisor
  • Understand and follow the safety program and procedures
  • Assist APM or PM to review individual work quality and ensure items are properly cleaned
  • Ensure all safety equipment is on hand for job site, including vehicle checklists
  • Perform tasks with team to ensure quality product/service

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English effectively
  • Team Lead or Crew Lead experience
  • Commercial cleaning experience a plus
  • Restoration, Construction and/or General Labor experience
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Ability to travel for an extended amount of time (REQUIRED)
  • Must be willing to travel for an extended length of time
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (4+ hours at a time)
  • Ability to bend, squat, reach over shoulder and head consistently
  • Ability to consistently make repetitive motion (such as cleaning rotation motion)
  • Ability to work in hot and smoky-smelling environments
  • Ability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (full-face respirators, eye goggles, etc.)
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Documentation necessary to complete an I-9 required
