Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience.
Well-rounded in tech skills, including coding and AI/automation.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, virtualization, and CI/CD pipeline tools.
Drive for automation and utilizing AI tooling.
Extensive experience with cloud-based technologies and solutions (GCP and AWS).
Experience with docker containers and Container Orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS).
Expert knowledge of scripting language (e.g., Python).
Expert knowledge of Data Structures and SQL.
Knowledge of DevOps tools and mindset.
Experience using version control (e.g., GitHub), Infrastructure Provisioning (e.g., Terraform) and Configuration Management (e.g., Ansible).
Ability to work alongside others and be a team player.
Passionate about real estate data and operational excellence.
