About the role

  • Create and design architectural plans for residential and commercial properties
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure that projects are completed to the highest possible standard
  • Coordinate with other architects and designers to ensure that projects meet company standards
  • Understand building codes and regulations to ensure compliance is met
  • Review and evaluate project progress to ensure that it meets the approved design
  • Present design proposals to clients, project managers and company executives
  • Estimate project costs and set project timelines to ensure completion of projects within budget and deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  • In-depth knowledge of UK building codes and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proven ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
