Product Manager

• You will take independent product ownership for key areas of the subcontractor product and drive the evolution of the marketplace experience.
• You identify AI use cases within the subcontractor workflow — e.g., intelligent request recommendations or automated proposal support — and implement them together with our designers and engineers.
• You analyze user behavior, market trends, and product metrics to identify growth opportunities and translate them into strategic initiatives.
• You develop hypotheses, validate them with prototypes and experiments, and scale successful approaches together with Design and Engineering.
• Together with Marketing and Customer Success, you ensure a successful go-to-market for new features.

• Take ownership of our Terraform configurations across AWS and GCP, improving structure and reliability

Head of Platform, Security

Product Designer

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end product design process, working on clearly defined problems in close collaboration with the Product Team — from ideation and prototype testing to ready-to-ship visual designs.
• Collaborate with our existing Product Designer to evolve our design language and ensure a cohesive experience across both sides of the platform.
• Work hand-in-hand with our product and engineering teams, identifying high-impact UX opportunities and delivering solutions that are technically feasible and ship fast.
• Translate concepts into high-fidelity designs, adhering to and maintaining our scalable design system in Figma.
• Craft clear, engaging UI copy to guide users through the product.
