Product Manager

• You take full product ownership of core areas of the subcontractor product and drive the evolution of the marketplace experience.
• You identify AI use cases within the subcontractor workflow — e.g., intelligent tender recommendations or automated bidding support — and bring them to life together with our designers and engineers.
• You analyze user behavior, market trends, and product metrics to spot growth opportunities and translate them into strategic initiatives.
• You develop hypotheses, validate them through prototypes and experiments, and scale successful approaches together with Design and Engineering.

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end product design process, working closely with the product team — from ideation and prototype testing to shipping production-ready visual designs.
• Collaborate closely with our existing product designer to evolve our design language and ensure a coherent experience across both sides of the platform.
• Work tightly with our product and engineering teams to identify high-impact UX opportunities and deliver solutions that are technically feasible and can be shipped quickly.
• Translate concepts into high-fidelity designs and maintain our scalable design system in Figma, ensuring and updating components as needed.

• Discovery & Prioritization: Partner with Finance, Sales, Ops & Product to identify high-ROI automation opportunities & evaluate them based on business impact versus technical effort.
• Workflow Engineering: Design, prototype, and deploy end-to-end AI workflows by building our orchestration stack (e.g., n8n, Vector Databases) and connecting various endpoints via APIs to build a universal memory for Cosuno.
• Scaling & Modularity: Build solutions that are modular and reusable across different departments to avoid "reinventing the wheel" for every new request.
• Enablement & Governance: Establish AI guardrails, while enabling AI champions in other departments to work with the automations themselves.
