About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and improve LLM-powered systems for complex tendering workflows
Own features end-to-end from model/agent through API to the TypeScript front-end
Build backend services, APIs, and web application integrations
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to turn business problems into AI features
Monitor, alert, and continuously improve production AI systems
Practice trunk-based development with daily releases
Maintain Cypress E2E tests and strict typing, linting, and formatting
Deploy infrastructure to AWS via Kubernetes using Terraform

Requirements

What you’ll need

TypeScript, React, and Node.js experience
5+ years writing production-grade Python
Experience shipping AI-powered features into a production web app end-to-end
Deep hands-on experience building and deploying LLM/agent systems, including RAG, tool use, multi-step reasoning, and evals
Backend engineering skills designing APIs, data pipelines, and services
Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and judge when products are ready to ship
Strong problem-solving skills
Bias for action and data-driven experimentation
