About the role
- You will have responsibility for all stages of the recruitment process
- Delivering an excellent experience for all candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers on strategic approach to talent acquisition
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously while delivering an outstanding candidate experience
- Act as a strategic advisor, guiding hiring managers on effective approaches to attraction, assessment, and selection
- Coordination of our attendance at university careers fairs
- Building relationships with university careers advisors
- Running our own careers events
- Provide advice and guidance to students, graduates and post-graduates
- Involvement in projects that may include developing and improving internal processes
- Contributing to our employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts
- Supporting junior colleagues and hosting internal training sessions to share experience
Requirements
- At least 6 to 12 months of in‑house recruitment experience, managing end‑to‑end processes
- Demonstrable experience advising hiring managers or stakeholders on recruitment best practice
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage numerous recruiting pipelines and projects at any one time
- A high level of productivity, with the ability to self-motivate and take ownership of your work
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- An exceptional attention to detail
- An innovative and proactive approach to your work
- Discretion when dealing with sensitive information
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Experience of Microsoft Office
