About the role

  • Responsible for project on-boarding and inductions process, in collaboration with the supply chain and contractors
  • To manage and seek efficiencies the on-boarding system/process (Datascope)
  • Supporting with and/or delivering of projects inductions to new starters
  • Managing the daily SHE and works management/delivery paperwork to ensure structured filing, quality compliance and document control
  • Assist in managing the projects training matrix and completing monthly training record audits for staff and subcontractors
  • Assist in the SHE reporting requirements such as Capture monthly reporting, observations, SHE dashboards, etc.
  • Working as part of the site SHE and Works Management Team in supporting the Project Team as required
  • Assist with meetings – planning / arrangements and minutes
  • Owning the document control process for audit compliance, including support on the project Front Line Manager/Supervisor spreadsheet
  • Maintaining key working relationships with all members of the project team including client staff, subcontractors / supplier

Requirements

  • English and Maths GCSE Level 5 or equivalent
  • NVQ level 2 in Business Administration (Desirable)
  • Technical proficiency in office software (i.e. Microsoft office)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem solving and collaboration experience
  • SHE/Works Management Administration experience (Desirable)
