About the role
- Manage key processes such as meeting coordination, document control, and onboarding logistics
- Track actions and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with all team members in the HSW Team
- Support the execution of HSW projects and initiatives
- Maintain records of HSW documentation and ensure compliance
Requirements
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification or working towards
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in a health and safety support/coordinator role
- Working knowledge of Construction/Infrastructure industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic operational environments
- Experience in coordinating projects
- Attention to detail
- Data analysis skills, including Excel
- Document production and formatting skills
