About the role

  • Own and nurture the customer relationship and tirelessly give them the support and attention required to make the purchase decision.
  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle including qualifying incoming leads, representing COS at trade shows, and nurturing leads from the initial call to signing the contract.
  • In the sales process, you have the full support of technical experts and a Customer Success team that takes over when implementation starts.
  • These are long and complex sales cycles and require relationship-building skills, technical skills, and perseverance.

Requirements

  • Live in the USA or Canada.
  • Are a team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • Are a great relationship builder
  • Have a track record of success in software sales in the telco space, preferably within BSS/OSS / billing software.
  • Know the ins and outs of the fiber network industry.
  • Have great communication skills that enable you to communicate with everyone from top executives to marketing and salespeople, as well as engineers.
  • Are someone who walks that extra mile to deliver on promises, instead of over-promising.
  • Are highly self-motivated with a drive to be a key contributor to growing our global growth.
