Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children
Utilize therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of the client
Attend to relational ethics in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Participate in family care meetings with other providers
Maintain documentation and communication in line with legal and ethical standards
Team members must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information
Requirements
Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
Current and unrestricted license and/or certification to practice within your clinical domain
Knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy
Commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care
1 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences
