About the role
- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
- Lead and supervise a team of behavior technicians (BTs)
- Provide groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care and clinical leadership
- Determine when telehealth is clinically effective for clients and BTs
- Manage caseload with an average target of 26 billable hours per week
- Empower, train, and support BTs within a transdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics and other clinicians for integrated care
- Exercise autonomy over schedule and clinical decision-making
- Coordinate with administrative teams for scheduling, billing, and credentialing
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
- Successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review (Driving Requirement)
- Employer participates in E-Verify (right to work verification)
