About the role
- Manage a client portfolio, with or without support from the responsible Customer Success (CS) manager, to identify new commercial opportunities, either within the current scope of the purchased product or by offering new products;
- Generate and manage the commercial pipeline (sales funnel) by gathering market information, developing strategic accounts, promoting and presenting products and services, and proposing suitable market intelligence solutions to ensure targets are met within deadlines and quality standards at the lowest possible cost through proper allocation of technical and material resources;
- Enter project information into the pricing system to prepare a commercial proposal aligned with the client’s needs and expectations, enabling approval in accordance with defined margins and ensuring accuracy in project delivery;
- Conduct negotiation meetings with clients to ensure successful closing of sales with appropriate pricing and margins;
- Continuously share experiences, best practices and results with the team to contribute to team development and the achievement of the area’s objectives.
Requirements
- Experience selling SaaS products;
- Excellent business acumen;
- Ability to understand client needs;
- Ability to build executive-level relationships with clients;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to build and execute an account plan.
