About the role

  • Identify and plan commercial strategies to engage strategic prospects by analyzing market variables, aiming to obtain competitive advantages, generate business opportunities, grow the customer base, and ensure achievement of established targets and KPIs.
  • Gather information and facilitate interaction between prospects and business teams, as well as enter project data into the pricing system to prepare a commercial proposal aligned with the client’s needs and expectations, enabling approval in accordance with defined margins and ensuring accuracy in project outcomes.
  • Conduct negotiation meetings with clients to secure deals with appropriate pricing and margins.
  • Oversee the implementation of projects and solutions, coordinating internal teams and handing off to Customer Success for ongoing support to ensure the client achieves proper integration with the purchased product or service and succeeds in their Cortex journey.
  • Continuously share experiences, best practices, and results with the sales team to contribute to team development and the achievement of departmental objectives.
  • Actively prospect new leads and strategic accounts using outbound approaches and market intelligence to identify opportunities aligned with the ICP, expand the sales pipeline, and qualify potential customers, ensuring the volume and quality of opportunities are aligned with established targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Experience selling SaaS products;
  • Proven 100% hunter (outbound-focused) sales experience;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • Ability to understand customer needs;
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships with clients;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills;
  • Knowledge of and practical experience applying sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, SPICED, and/or Sandler);
