About the role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of roles, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, defining job requirements, developing robust recruiting strategies, and providing market insights to ensure competitive hiring.
- Ensure every candidate has a positive, professional, and engaging experience, maintaining Cortex's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to our recruiting processes and tools to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and scalability in a high-growth environment.
- Develop creative and targeted sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles and key GTM positions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a high-growth startup or fast-paced technology company.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for both technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers) and Go-to-Market roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex hiring needs simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality.
- Expert-level proficiency with modern recruiting tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
