About the role

  • Provide exceptional support to leaders within our healthcare organization.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks with a strong emphasis on communication, accuracy, and discretion.
  • Manage inbound and outbound faxing and mail processes.
  • Edit PDFs, including reviewing, updating, and formatting documents.
  • Learn new applications and features quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solve and troubleshoot administrative challenges with minimal instruction.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to correspond professionally on behalf of leadership.
  • Previous administrative or coordinator experience—preferably in a healthcare or corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to shifting needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation.
  • Must be available to work between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM PST.
