About the role
- Provide exceptional support to leaders within our healthcare organization.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks with a strong emphasis on communication, accuracy, and discretion.
- Manage inbound and outbound faxing and mail processes.
- Edit PDFs, including reviewing, updating, and formatting documents.
- Learn new applications and features quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot administrative challenges with minimal instruction.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in all interactions.
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to correspond professionally on behalf of leadership.
- Previous administrative or coordinator experience—preferably in a healthcare or corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to shifting needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation.
- Must be available to work between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM PST.
