Analyst

• Generate specifications for and coordinate development and delivery of custom report requests
• Co-lead and handle multiple report conversion projects while supporting requests from existing clients
• Support quarterly report updates and documentation releases
• Vet report lists, gather supporting information, and work directly with clients and internal resources to reach development requirements
• Work closely with the development team to ensure necessary information is gathered and JIRA tickets are in correct statuses
• Facilitate client meetings and ensure all client custom reports are delivered and tested successfully within established timeframes
• Manage client expectations and maintain internal communication, including keeping JIRA tickets current
• Learn, understand, and train others on standard reports, Jaspersoft, filters, drag and drop requests, KeyStone work areas, and table dictionary
• Interact with clients and internal resources professionally and follow established team procedures
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
