About the role
- Responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and managing credit union core software conversions and other credit union information technology projects through completion.
- Ensures projects meet or exceed technical specifications, customer requirements, policies, budgets, and deadlines.
- Assembles, directs, coordinates, and assigns responsibilities to project team members.
- Carries out these responsibilities with guidance from management as needed.
- Ensures Management is well informed of area activities and potential risks, issues, and concerns.
- Assists with administrative support on Corelation initiatives.
Requirements
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
- Develop conversion project plans, plan and schedule conversion timelines.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Provide support and direction to project teams.
- Work independently in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines, prioritizing multiple tasks and resolving issues.
- Travel to client sites for project initiation and conversion.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
