About the role
- Find, attract & engage candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Act as their point of contact while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Work closely with hiring managers across the organization with all aspects of the hiring process
- Source potential candidates through online channels
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming start for new hires across teams and locations
- Continuously improve onboarding processes based on feedback and company growth
Requirements
- 2-5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience/interest in innovative technologies and the renewable energy markets is meriting
- Experience using recruiting/sourcing tools, assessment tests and modern applicant tracking system
- Strong communication skills
- Highly proficient in business English
