About the role

  • Find, attract & engage candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Act as their point of contact while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Work closely with hiring managers across the organization with all aspects of the hiring process
  • Source potential candidates through online channels
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming start for new hires across teams and locations
  • Continuously improve onboarding processes based on feedback and company growth

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience/interest in innovative technologies and the renewable energy markets is meriting
  • Experience using recruiting/sourcing tools, assessment tests and modern applicant tracking system
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly proficient in business English
