About the role
- Build lasting member relationships with every interaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve member questions

Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent comprehension and communication skills
- Technical aptitude with experience using mobile banking and financial services
- Prior call center or customer service experience preferred, but training will be provided
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
