About the role
- accountable for leading the execution of the Cornerstone Building Brands lumberyard, 1-step, and builder direct channels
- developing strategies that combine customer-driven long-term thinking with near-term revenue and EBITDA goals
- lead the development and execution of cross-functional strategies to improve customer engagement, renewal, and advocacy
- collaborating with Cornerstone Building Brands cross-functional teams to drive tailored strategies that create mutual value
- defining sales effectiveness for operating group and implement key performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in appropriate discipline preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of executive-level sales and/or marketing leadership experience; with at least 5 years working with commercial customers
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading sales, marketing, business development, or product portfolio teams
- Ability to travel 50%+ across the Western US region
- P&L leadership experience for a matrixed organization
