About the role

  • Own and continuously improve enterprise talent acquisition workflows, standards, and operating rhythms
  • Establish and maintain TA operational governance
  • Serve as the primary owner of the Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters)
  • Partner with HR Technology, IT, and external vendors for enhancements and integrations
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and design solutions
  • Own TA operational reporting and dashboards
  • Ensure recruiting processes align with internal policies
  • Develop and deliver training and documentation to recruiters and HR partners
  • Manage relationships with recruiting vendors and technology partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or recruiting systems roles
  • Strong working knowledge of talent acquisition processes, metrics, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience administering and optimizing an ATS (SmartRecruiters preferred)
  • Demonstrated success driving process improvement and operational excellence
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across TA, HR, IT, and business partners
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • 20% Travel
