About the role
- Own and continuously improve enterprise talent acquisition workflows, standards, and operating rhythms
- Establish and maintain TA operational governance
- Serve as the primary owner of the Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters)
- Partner with HR Technology, IT, and external vendors for enhancements and integrations
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design solutions
- Own TA operational reporting and dashboards
- Ensure recruiting processes align with internal policies
- Develop and deliver training and documentation to recruiters and HR partners
- Manage relationships with recruiting vendors and technology partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or recruiting systems roles
- Strong working knowledge of talent acquisition processes, metrics, and best practices
- Hands-on experience administering and optimizing an ATS (SmartRecruiters preferred)
- Demonstrated success driving process improvement and operational excellence
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across TA, HR, IT, and business partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
