About the role
- Perform basic field repairs, including hardware and glass replacements, operational adjustments, and product inspections.
- Conduct on-site evaluations to assess product performance and identify repair needs.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of glass, working at heights, and use of PPE; maintain and inspect safety equipment and first aid kits.
- Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to local laws, and perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability.
- Manage tools and supplies inventory to maintain proper stock and organization.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair issues and solutions, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Travel within assigned territory daily; overnight travel may be required depending on territory.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
- License: Valid driver’s license with ability to successfully clear an MVR check
- Experience: 1–2 years of general construction or building material installation experience preferred
- 1–2 years of fenestration manufacturing or installation experience preferred
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills (Outlook & CRM)
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
