About the role

  • Deliver thoughtful, user-friendly support via email, chat, and phone, depending on the platform
  • Assist German-and English-speaking users with everything from billing to troubleshooting, account access, or platform navigation
  • Build deep platform knowledge and contribute to FAQ updates or internal documentation as needed
  • Maintain accurate, helpful records in support systems and flag recurring issues to product or operations teams
  • Be part of a dedicated project team, focused on providing excellent support within a clearly defined scope

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (native or near-native level) with a solid English knowledge (B1 or higher), written and spoken
  • Based in Croatia, Serbia or Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new digital platforms
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Empathetic communicator able to put themselves in other’s shoes and communicate with ease
  • Customer service experience is desirable, but not mandatory
