About the role
- Responsible for the daily execution and coordination of a portfolio of data center operations initiatives
- Drive technology and process improvement projects from start to finish, managing timelines, resources, and communication across multiple teams
- Translate strategic goals into actionable workstreams and track risks and dependencies
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard
- Support the entire lifecycle of CoreWeave's data centers, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into successful outcomes
- Coordinate with stakeholders across teams to manage resource planning and project timelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project delivery, operations management, or technical program execution
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with data center deployment, infrastructure project implementation, or technical project management in a data center environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field
- Preferred: Experience with high-performance compute (HPC) and GPU-based technologies
- Preferred: Familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Maximo, AutoCAD Construction Cloud, Procore, Sunbird, or building analytics/AI platforms
- Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable workstreams and manage timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring project delivery on time and within scope
- Export control compliance: must be a U.S. person or eligible to access/obtain required export authorization
