About the role
- Design and deliver on‑brand marketing assets for website, print, media, and social ads using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Develop graphics and layouts for digital campaigns, event collateral, and promotional materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and iterate quickly based on performance data.
- Build and launch campaigns, emails, workflows, forms, and landing pages in HubSpot, ensuring clean data and proper attribution.
- Manage segmentation, scoring, and campaign reporting to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Continuously optimize campaigns using analytics and AI-driven insights.
- Plan and execute social campaigns that increase top‑of‑funnel awareness and drive qualified traffic.
- Monitor performance and optimize creative, messaging, and targeting.
- Place creative content into campaigns and promotional workflows.
- Coordinate with technical teams to align marketing initiatives with product and sales objectives.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and campaign documentation.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in marketing (B2B preferred) across creative production and campaign operations, or equivalent educational setting.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; XD/Figma a plus).
- Hands‑on experience launching campaigns in HubSpot (emails, forms, landing pages, workflows, reporting).
- Strong writing and communication skills; ability to interface with technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Highly adaptive to new tools and processes, with an excitement in AI-driven marketing technologies.
