Technical Project Manager

• Develop Statements of Work:
• - Participate in scoping meetings with customers to document customer requirements, scope, assumptions, constraints and risks
• - Work with Solution Architects and other SME’s to develop accurate Work Breakdown Structures to meet identified customer requirements
• - Support the development of standard SOW templates for defined Coretek Solution Offerings
• - Take scope, WBS, assumptions and other inputs and generate clear and accurate Statements of Work using Standard Coretek SOW templates where they exist

IT Project Manager

Security Engineer

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 E5 solutions, focusing on both productivity and security workloads according to Microsoft and Coretek best practices.
• Design and implement enterprise collaboration solutions across Microsoft Teams (chat, meetings, lifecycle management, governance), SharePoint Online (Permissions, Access control, governance), OneDrive for Business (storage, sharing, lifecycle management), and Exchange Online (mail flow, protection, hybrid scenarios).
• Lead migration and modernization projects, including Exchange and file migrations to Microsoft 365 and tenant-to-tenant or hybrid transformations.
• Establish governance for collaboration, external sharing, and data lifecycle management.
• Drive improvements in user productivity, adoption, and collaboration effectiveness across client environments.

Senior Microsoft Consultant – Productivity, Security & Endpoint Management

Backend Engineer

• Work with internal stakeholders to determine and refine requirements for new features and enhancements
• Provide design, development, and configuration based on agreed requirements
• Estimate, plan, and manage implementation tasks and report on development progress
• Help drive innovation and product enhancements to the Insights product, with an emphasis on front end development and user experience

Full Stack .NET Developer

Analyst

• Provide 2nd line Service Desk support for client IT incidents and requests, to include but not limited to:
• - M365 and O365 Administration
• - Resolve basic virtual client issues including virtual and physical endpoints – ie. Citrix
• - PC hardware and software errors and issues
• - Desktop or related client hardware peripherals
• - Microsoft Azure related incidents and requests
• Research, resolve, and respond to complicated technical Incidents received via phone calls, emails, and submitted requests in a timely manner following Standard Operating Procedures

• The Microsoft Support Administrator is a valued member of the Coretek NOC team responsible for providing 24x7 Level 2 support for client environments. Coretek is seeking a Microsoft Support Administrator to manage and support our clients’ Microsoft-based infrastructure. We are excited to add a detail-oriented, technically skilled, and highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and a high level of determination to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 2 technical support to end-users, managing Azure & Microsoft 365 support services, assisting with Entra ID administration and working closely with Coretek and Microsoft engineers on more complex application issues.

Support Administrator

• Manage end-to-end patching activities, including deployment, monitoring, validation, and reporting for operating systems and applications.
• Perform pre- and post-patch checks, troubleshoot patching issues, ensure compliance, and escalate complex problems when required.
• Assist with emergency or out-of-band patching under supervision
• Support vulnerability remediation efforts by deploying approved patches and coordinating emergency or out-of-band patching activities.
• Track, manage, and communicate incident and request status throughout the lifecycle, ensuring timely closure and maintaining transparency with clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation including runbooks, knowledge base articles, patch records, and change management documentation while adhering to security policies.
