Technical Project Manager

• Own Successful Project Delivery of Assigned Projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation for both Client/external and Coretek resources
• Hold Client, external, and Coretek resources accountable to their projects commitments and escalate to Client and Coretek management as needed when project success is at risk
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track financial and schedule progress by project phase
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

• The Microsoft Support Administrator is a valued member of the Coretek NOC team responsible for providing 24x7 Level 2 support for client environments. Coretek is seeking a Microsoft Support Administrator to manage and support our clients’ Microsoft-based infrastructure. We are excited to add a detail-oriented, technically skilled, and highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and a high level of determination to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 2 technical support to end-users, managing Azure & Microsoft 365 support services, assisting with Entra ID administration and working closely with Coretek and Microsoft engineers on more complex application issues.

• Lead the development of Data and AI strategies and roadmaps, aligning technology solutions with business goals and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Design and architect advanced Azure solutions integrating Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB/Postgres, and AI technologies to meet complex enterprise requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in solution development, deployment, and operational excellence.
• Oversee the integration of Data and AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and processes, ensuring seamless interoperability, data flow, and security compliance.
• Design and implement enterprise data architectures that support AI solutions, leveraging advanced database systems and ensuring data quality, governance, and security.
• Architect solutions leveraging Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Cognitive Services to deliver intelligent business capabilities.

Architect – Azure Data, AI

• Act as a trusted advisor by conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions to both technical and business audiences.
• Design and implement Azure-based data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and Azure database systems (SQL, Cosmos DB, Postgres).
• Build robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and integrate large volumes of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.
• Leverage Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Cognitive Services to deliver intelligent business solutions.
• Collaborate with architects to design scalable, secure, and high-performance Azure Data & AI architectures.
• Implement version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automation using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code tools (Bicep, Terraform).
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security requirements including RBAC, encryption, and identity management.
• Develop advanced reporting and interactive dashboards with Power BI to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Consultant – Azure Data & AI

• Continuously monitor infrastructure, application or software events generated by the event management system
• Respond to alert incidents in a timely fashion to minimize downtime
• Provides technical leadership for a variety of infrastructure platform issues including, but not limited to:
• - Network – data and voice
• - Server – Windows/Unix/Linux
• - Backup
• - Cloud
• - Azure-O365
• - Virtualization
• - Monthly server – workstation patching
• Escalate and collaborate with Coretek engineers/architects and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
• Track the progress of client incidents and requests during the entire lifecycle to ensure the issues are closed within the agreed Operation Level Agreement
• Communicate, internally and externally, the status of the tickets directly with clients
• Provide daily support for event management system requests, such as but not limited to: decommission of devices, provide access to dashboard and scheduling downtime of systems
• Contribute and maintain the Knowledge Base articles key to daily troubleshooting and triage of client environments
• Assist engineers with change records as needed in the off hours
• Assist with cross training of new NOC team members as needed
