Solutions Engineer

• Partner with clients to understand business goals, technical requirements, compliance considerations, and operational challenges.
• Design secure and efficient cloud, infrastructure, and end-user compute solutions that align to Coretek architecture standards and best practices.
• Lead discovery workshops, technical assessments, roadmap planning, and strategy sessions with CIO, CTO, and IT leadership stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality solution documentation including conceptual designs, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with Coretek Sales and Delivery teams to support pre-sales scoping, level of effort estimates, statements of work, and proposals.
• Provide technical oversight during project delivery to ensure solutions meet defined architecture, performance, and security objectives.
• Advise on modernization strategies such as data center exit, cloud migration, identity and access modernization, Zero Trust, and EUC transformation.
• Stay current with Microsoft cloud capabilities, licensing programs, and emerging technologies to guide client innovation and adoption.
• Support development of repeatable solution offerings, templates, and best-practice frameworks.
• Willing to travel up to 20%

Client Solutions Architect

Account Executive

• Strategic selling to Enterprise-level companies across Coretek’s service lines (AI & Cloud, Modern Workplace, Managed Services, Security, End User Compute and Advisory Services).
• Negotiate and close multi-million-dollar deals across new and existing accounts.
• Generate and maintain relationships with C-Level and senior decision makers.
• Understand the “WHY” for all potential and existing clients to uncover areas of opportunity for Coretek’s solutions.
• Create accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and reporting across offerings.
• Work in CRM to identify, document, and track prospect and client communications.
• Plan and carry out direct sales activities to agreed-upon budgets, revenue goals, solution mix, and timelines.
• Respond to and provide follow-up for all sales inquiries.
• Maintain and develop existing accounts through planned account management, QBRs/EBRs, and proactive communication.
• Liaise and collaborate with internal teams—including engineering, delivery, project management, and marketing—to ensure seamless client experiences and support organizational development.
• Manage existing partner relationships and develop new channel, alliance, and go-to-market partnerships.
• Develop ideas and create offers for direct sales activities across both existing and new accounts.
• Build respectful, collaborative relationships within the Coretek team and appreciate each member’s role in the sales lifecycle.
• Promote innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement in both sales and delivery engagement cycles.

Client Executive

Engineer

• Provide operational support for managed Citrix and AVD environments, including daily health checks, patching, upgrades, and incident remediation
• Administer and optimize Nerdio Manager for Enterprise and Citrix Director/Studio configurations
• Manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Gateway (NetScaler), and endpoint management integrations
• Implement solutions leveraging existing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for environment automation (Terraform, Ansible, Packer, or Nerdio automation scripting)
• Monitor, analyze, and improve system performance, availability, and security posture across environments
• Deploy and enforce group policies, security baselines, and compliance configurations
• Develop and maintain standardized operational documentation, runbooks, and support playbooks
• Collaborate with internal architects and client stakeholders to ensure platform integrity and alignment with SLAs
• Participate in DR planning, testing, and execution for hosted EUC environments
• Respond to escalated tickets and serve as a technical escalation point for L1/L2 support teams
• Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and technicians

Citrix/AVD Engineer

Administration

• Continuously monitor infrastructure, application or software events generated by the event management system
• Respond to alert incidents in a timely fashion to minimize downtime
• Provide Level 2 triage and resolution of internal and external infrastructure issues
• Provide technical leadership across infrastructure platforms including network (data and voice), servers (Windows/Unix/Linux), backup, cloud, Azure-O365, virtualization and patching
• Escalate and collaborate with Coretek engineers/architects and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
• Track progress of client incidents and requests through their lifecycle to meet Operation Level Agreements
• Communicate ticket status internally and directly with clients
• Provide daily support for event management system requests (decommission devices, provide dashboard access, schedule downtime)
• Contribute and maintain Knowledge Base articles for troubleshooting and triage
• Assist engineers with change records during off hours and cross-train new NOC team members as needed
• Ensure efficient operation of IT services, resolve escalated incidents, and improve NOC processes
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal Coretek employees and external clients
• May require shift work including nights, weekends or holidays

Senior NOC Administrator

AI Engineer

• Lead the development of Data and AI strategies and roadmaps, aligning technology solutions with business goals and objectives
• Design and architect advanced Azure solutions, integrating various Data and AI technologies
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in development and deployment
• Oversee integration of Data and AI solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow
• Design and implement data architectures supporting AI solutions, ensuring data quality and security
• Partner with Project Managers to manage projects from inception to completion
