About the role
- Shape and execute company’s interconnection strategy
- Drive interconnection revenue growth by identifying customer performance gaps
- Enhance visibility into key insights and support upsell initiatives
- Lead implementation and management of Ecosystem Strength Dashboard
- Track key initiatives/priorities
- Identify growth opportunities and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams
- Leverage market research and competitive intelligence to refine the interconnection value proposition
- Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback
- Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the impact
- Identify process improvement opportunities across Marketing and Product functions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in job offered or in Project Development, Product or Account Management, Marketing Enablement, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence roles
- 5 years of experience with/using the following (which may have been obtained concurrently):
- CRM tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI)
- Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
- Extracting insights from data for informed decision-making and strategic planning
- Sales operations and business process analysis
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in sales and marketing strategies
