Product Manager

• Define, prioritize, and execute the product strategy for Corelight’s threat detection capabilities, with a primary focus on Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and agentic solutions.
• Clarify and lead the data requirements necessary to support ML/AI detection capabilities, providing direct input into the Corelight Detection Schema.
• Research adversary tactics and techniques to identify and prioritize detection opportunities, specifically focusing on how ML/AI can be applied across all monitoring sources.
• Lead the Threat R&D, Data Science, and Engineering to operationalize research and champion model fidelity, performance, and explainability to drive customer adoption and trust.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between customers, internal research teams, and engineering, while monitoring the industry and competitors for market indicators and key differentiators.

Principal Product Manager – Threat Detection

DevOps Engineer

• Collaborate with development and quality engineering to build and maintain the continuous integration pipeline from development to production.
• Engage in overall software architecture from design to implementation, monitoring, and testing.
• Drive Corelight SaaS Cloud architecture, working closely with Engineering, Product, and other technical leaders.
• Drive SaaS Operations improvements including Cost, Monitoring, Security, Change Management controls, etc.
• Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable Machine Learning pipelines Infrastructure.
• Implement automation, disaster recovery, and system resilience best practices.
• Work in an Agile development team to design and deliver service features end-to-end from design to production deployment and monitoring.

Lead Infrastructure Engineer, SRE

Full-stack Engineer

• Maintain, optimize, and evolve the operating system and low-level system services that support the Corelight Open NDR appliance.
• Support and develop features related to a high performance Network Interface Card used to ingest monitored traffic.
• Support the existing product with a custom Linux distribution and work with other teams to support containerized applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and leverage automation tools for efficient software development and deployment.
• Participate in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work with Product Manager and Scrum Master to refine epics and estimates and align expectations on a performant, predictable and repeatable release schedule.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas and improvements to our software development processes.

Senior Software Engineer

Marketing

• Develop and Execute Global Channel Marketing Strategies and Programs: Design and lead scalable channel marketing programs aligned with the company\'s cybersecurity platform and Ideal Customer Profile.
• Drive Global Channel Go-to-Market (GTM) Initiatives: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and marketing programs with channel partners that highlight our ‘better together’ value propositions.
• Regional Alignment and Localization: Collaborate with regional marketing leaders in North America, EMEA, and APAC to localize campaign assets, synchronize calendars, and support region-specific partner priorities.
• Campaign Execution: Deploy integrated marketing campaigns, partner nurture programs, and joint demand-gen efforts across all key geographies.
• Partner Enablement: Develop and maintain globally consistent yet regionally tailored onboarding content, sales enablement kits, and partner communications.
• Events and Sponsorships: Partner with Field Marketing to help drive global and regional partner event strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and strategic presence.
• Performance Metrics and Optimization: Track KPIs such as partner-sourced pipeline, engagement, and MDF effectiveness across all geographies. Conduct quarterly marketing reviews with partner leadership to assess success, identify gaps, and ensure ongoing alignment.
• Content Creation and Distribution: Collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute partner marketing assets, including datasheets, email templates, battle cards, and campaign kits. Assist with the administration of the partner portal and ensure content is up-to-date and accessible.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Liaise with Channel Sales & Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Corporate Comms, Brand teams, and Operations to ensure cohesive GTM execution.
• Platform Management: Utilize CRM systems (like Salesforce) and partner portals to scale communications and measure partner performance.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets and partner Market Development Funds (MDF) to maximize impact and optimize spending.
