About the role
- Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospects to confirm contact relevance, budget, authority, need, and timing (BANT Methodology).
- Book high-quality meetings for the Sales team.
- Support outbound prospecting with Sales and source new leads independently.
- Track and manage prospecting and outreach activity accurately using CRM and data tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Apollo.
- Show openness to AI tools that support prospecting and productivity.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to maximise conversation rates/ results.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
- Comfortable with phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Ability to work toward ambitious monthly targets.
- Experience or willingness to learn CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Experience in B2B or technology sales (Desirable).
- Exposure to Microsoft technologies or ecosystem (Desirable).
