About the role

  • Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify prospects to confirm contact relevance, budget, authority, need, and timing (BANT Methodology).
  • Book high-quality meetings for the Sales team.
  • Support outbound prospecting with Sales and source new leads independently.
  • Track and manage prospecting and outreach activity accurately using CRM and data tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Apollo.
  • Show openness to AI tools that support prospecting and productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to maximise conversation rates/ results.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
  • Comfortable with phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Ability to work toward ambitious monthly targets.
  • Experience or willingness to learn CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Experience in B2B or technology sales (Desirable).
  • Exposure to Microsoft technologies or ecosystem (Desirable).
