About the role
- Drafting of Land Titles legal survey plans - includes subdivision, condominiums, utility right-of-way, etc.
- Drafting of real property reports, and topographic surveys
- Calculations of property boundaries, foundations, and grades
- Creation of clean and professional looking deliverables
- Quality Control of field data and calculations
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in municipal surveys and land surveying
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Basic understanding of Land Survey drawings and Western Canadian Land Tenure system
- Ability to work unsupervised from home using Connexa's virtual system
