Administrative Assistant

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to all business units
• Collect, sort, and distribute mail and incoming deliveries - maintaining an organized flow of correspondence and materials
• Assist Accounting with data entry, invoice processing, expense tracking, and other administrative financial tasks as needed
• Maintain and update records, forms, and internal databases
• Contribute to a positive and professional workplace by supporting company events, meetings, and initiatives
