About the role
- Lead and manage multi-year transformation projects designed to ensure the site can meet or exceed the 5 years strategic business plan
- Partner with cross-functional teams and value streams to define transformational goals, develop prioritized execution plans, and ensure delivery to the expected impact
- Conduct detailed analysis of business operations across Production, Supply Chain, and Development
- Identify gaps and propose innovative solutions, and link to financial outcome
- Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies to equip teams to lead change effectively and to ensure adoption, engagement, and sustainability of transformation efforts
- Identify and proactively address risks, resistance, and barriers to adoption, developing targeted mitigation strategies
- Ensure alignment between business priorities, cultural shifts, and transformation goals
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in transformation, digital adoption, and change management, incorporating best practices into the day to day
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
- Ten years’ experience in transformation consulting, large-scale business change initiatives, or operational excellence management
- Experience working on high-impact, enterprise-wide transformations
- Background in Pharma/CDMO Industry preferred or B2B Industry
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
