About the role
- Oversee daily operations of the Development Laboratory
- Ensure high efficiency, strict safety compliance, and adherence to GMP
- Act as a critical bridge between laboratory staff and external vendors
- Manage materials and supplies in the labs, 6S/compliance efforts, instrument scheduling
- Hire, train, mentor, and supervise lab administrators
- Manage laboratory inventory and maintain stock levels
- Lead Lab Safety Programs including chemical hygiene and waste disposal
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Chemistry or related scientific field
- 6 years analytical pharmaceutical experience or related laboratory management
- Current knowledge of laboratory equipment
- Proven track record of hands-on operations in the laboratory or equivalent experience
