About the role

  • Draft contracts and perform initial reviews of documents submitted by clients.
  • Prepare corporate amendments and shareholder agreements.
  • Review legal research prepared by trainees.
  • Execute corporate procedures related to corporations (sociedades anônimas).
  • Monitor and track corporate filings submitted for registration.
  • Support due diligence processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in corporate law.
  • Knowledge of Contract Law and Corporate Law.
  • Familiarity with rules and regulations applicable to joint-stock companies (sociedades por ações).
  • Basic understanding of corporate reorganization transactions (merger, demerger/split, and incorporation).
