Customer Support

• Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including order entry, credits/debits, delivery follow-up, and invoicing in SAP
• Serve as primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and documentation requests
• Proactively develop and maintain customer relationships in collaboration with the sales team
• Analyze order patterns, flag deviations, and suggest improvements
• Collect and analyze customer and order data to drive process optimization
• Support finance with invoice collection and resolve related issues
• Collaborate with sales managers and demand planners to ensure accurate forecasting and customer communication
• Manage light accounts independently and support sales managers with key accounts
• Maintain up-to-date price information and accurate customer data in the database
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvements
• Support and promote Dutch language learning within the team; company provides courses if needed
